Paramedic

The Paramedic program is designed to prepare students to work as skilled paramedics and to provide sophisticated, advanced pre-hospital life support. After successful completion of this program students are eligible to take the National Registry's Exam as a Paramedic.

This EMT program is one semester in length, typically meets two nights a week, and is available during the fall and spring semesters at DeSoto, Oxford or Senatobia campuses. 

Note: You must complete the EMT program to be admitted into the EMT-Advanced and Paramedic program. 

Program Information

The NWCC Emergency Medical Services Technology – Paramedic program has not made a determination on whether the degree meets the state educational requirements for other US States, Territories, or the District of Columbia.
