Diesel Technology
Applications for Fall 2026 Open October 1st!
Northwest Mississippi Community College is proud to offer a new Diesel Technology program at our Batesville campus. The program is designed to prepare students to maintain and repair a variety of industrial diesel equipment, including agricultural tractors, commercial trucks, and construction equipment. The program includes instruction in inspection, repair, and maintenance of engines, power trains, hydraulic systems, and other components.

Duration: Two to Four Semesters

Degree: Career Certificate (30 hours), Technical Certificate (45 hours), Associate of Applied Science (60 hours)

Certifications: 609 A/C, Brakes, Snap On 525F Multimeter, wheel end.
Admissions to the college does not guarantee admissions to the program of study.
