Applications for Fall 2025 Open October 1st!
Northwest Mississippi Community College is proud to offer a two-to-three semester career and/or technical certificate and a four semester Associates of Applied Sciences degree in Automotive Technology at our Senatobia campus. The Chrysler MOPAR College Automotive Program (CAP) is a two- year associate degree program on the Senatobia campus that is designed to teach late-model Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep vehicle technology. All program pathways are fully accredited by the National Automotive Technicians Education Foundation (NATEF) and the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE).

How do I get into the Automotive Technology program?

Complete an Application for Admissions to the college.

Complete an Application to the Automotive Technology program.

Have a high school diploma or GED/HISET equivalency on file with the admissions office

Have official ACT scores on file with the admissions office

Confirm with the admissions office that high school transcript or GED/HISET transcript and all previous college course transcripts have been received in the admissions office.Pay any outstanding balances to Northwest MS Community College or any other college.

Submit a current negative 5-panel drug screen after July 15th. (Drug Screen Policy & Test Result Form)
Admissions to the college does not guarantee admissions to the program of study.
How do I get into the Chrysler MOPAR College Automotive Program (CAP) program?
- Complete an Application for Admissions to the college.
- Complete an Application to the Chrysler CAP Program.
- Have a high school diploma or GED/HISET equivalency on file with the admissions office
- Have official ACT scores on file with the admissions office
- Students must have a minimum composite ACT score of 15
- Confirm with the admissions office that high school transcript or GED/HISET transcript and all previous college course transcripts have been received in the admissions office.
- Pay any outstanding balances to Northwest MS Community College or any other college.
- Submit a current negative 5-panel drug screen after July 15th. (Drug Screen Policy & Test Result Form)
