Paralegal Technology

The Paralegal  Technology program offers individuals the opportunity to become a qualified legal assistant employed in a law-related occupation. This includes public and private law practice; state, local, and federal employment; insurance; real estate and corporate positions.

  • Live course offered at DeSoto Center-Southaven and Oxford LYTC campuses  

  • Fall and Spring enrollment

How do I get into the Paralegal Technology Program?

  • Complete an Application for Admissions to the college.

  • Have a high school diploma or GED/HISET equivalency on file with the admissions office

  • Have official ACT scores on file with the admissions office

  • Confirm with the admissions office that high school transcript or GED/HISET transcript and all previous college course transcripts have been received in the admissions office.

  • Pay any outstanding balances to Northwest MS Community College or any other college.
