The Writing Center at Northwest

The Writing Center serves as a space to help with the growth and development of Northwest MS Community College students as both writers and thinkers by providing collaborative, student-centered services.

Our highly trained peer consultants work alongside Northwest students on projects in all disciplines at any stage of the writing process through free one-on-one consultations, group workshops, and other writing focused resources. 

Our services are offered both face-to-face and in an online context. Our ultimate goal in the Writing Center is to help students become independent, effective, and confident writers.
