R. C. Pugh Library Room Reservations

Study rooms may be reserved by Northwest students, staff, and faculty.  Each room has a limit on the number of people who may be in the room at a time. Please also limit yourself to two hours of study room time a day so that we can serve as many people in our Northwest community as possible. Please be on time for your appointment. Your appointment may be cancelled if you are more than 15 minutes late.

Study Room #107 - 4 people maximum

Study Room #108 - 4 people maximum

Study Room #109 - 1 person only

Study Room #117 - A&P Room - 4 people maximum

Study Room #118 - 4 people maximum

Study Room # 119 - Zen Zone - 1 person only

Northwest faculty and staff may reserve the Library's Meeting or Conference Room. The Meeting Room has 24 chairs and the Conference Room has 10 chairs. Please call the library or email mberry@northwestms.edu to ask about availability.
