Makerspace - 3D Printing and more!
The Senatobia campus library has a makerspace for use by Northwest students, staff, and faculty. There is no cost for using the makerspace. Supplies and time in the makerspace may be limited so that everyone has a chance to use it.
What is a makerspace? It is a place where you can go to learn, explore, and make new things! We currently have a sewing machine, 3D Printers, 3D Pens, a button maker, a Silhouette machine, and more!
To use any equipment in the makerspace like the 3D Printers, you must take a one-time, up to 45 minute training session with us on that particular piece of equipment. You may need to take multiple sessions to be trained on everything in the makerspace. After taking a training session, you will be able to make appointments to use this equipment independently.
