Officers for Northwest Mississippi Community College's Board of Trustees were re-elected at the regular monthly meeting Jan. 8 in Senatobia.

Named chairman was M. Clarence Sparks, Jr., of Lake Cormorant. Sparks, a member of the board since 1984, has served as chairman since 2005.

Elected to serve as vice-chairman was Sam Allison of Sarah. Allison has served in this capacity since 2001, and has been a board member since 1978.

Serving as secretary is Gary Walker of Senatobia. Walker has been a member of the board since 2004.
