By LaJuan Tallo| 2/3/09

An additional Microsoft PowerPoint 2007 class will be offered in March, according to Patricia Lowder, coordinator of Northwest Mississippi Community College’s Division of Continuing Education. Continuing Education Units (CEUs) will be available for this class.

Microsoft PowerPoint 2007 (2.5 CEUs) will be taught on Mondays, March 2-April 27, 5:30-8:45, in the Tunica Building, Room 135 on the Senatobia campus

The class will teach students how to give effective presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint 2007. Students will learn to build the exact skills they need by learning to quickly and efficiently develop dynamic, professional-looking presentations and then deliver them to an audience. Students will be taught step-by-step how to combine text, graphics and visual special effects on presentation slides. This class is for everyone, including business people, educators and trainers.

The class will be taught by Helen Williamson. The fee is $75, which includes the book and CD.

For more information or to register for the class, contact Lowder at
