The cast and crew of Northwest Mississippi Community College’s upcoming production of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s “Cats” is ready to start the show after several months of hard work and rehearsing.

Performances will be Thursday - Friday, Feb. 26-27 at 7:30 p.m.; Saturday, Feb. 28 at 2:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, March 1 at 2:30 p.m. at the Fine Arts Auditorium.
The show is being directed by Jo Ellen Logan. Choreographer is Tiffany Harrison, technical director is Terry Scott, and Melissa Hanson is lighting director. Scott is also sound designer, scenic designer and in charge of special effects.
The Musical and Vocal Director for “Cats” is Susanne Spencer Vandyke, director of choral activities at Northwest. The orchestra includes David Coleman and Blake Walker, keyboards; Albert Sowell, guitar; and Paxton Taylor, Angela Tabor and Anna Mullinaux, percussion. VanDyke will also be featured on keyboards.
Stage managers are Lauren Malone and Elizabeth Pettit, who are also responsible for lobby design. The house manager is Tracy McLaughlin. McCormick Administration Building on the Senatobia campus. “Cats” is reserved seating only, and tickets are $10, and $5 for students and seniors.
