Northwest Mississippi Community College is offering an ACT Preparation Workshop on Monday, March 23 and Tuesday, March 24 from 6-9 p.m. Deadline to register for the class is Friday, March 13 by noon.

This course provides an overview of the ACT format, followed by a review of verbal and mathematics fundamentals for solving typical test questions. Also to be discussed are management and test-taking strategies. Previous students of this course have raised their scores significantly.

The course will be taught by Marcus Perkins and Kim Haas. It will be held in the Burks Science Building, Room 21 on the Senatobia campus.

The cost of the course is $95 with the book included.

The class will also be offered on June 1 and 2.
