Cake Decorating class set

A non-credit Cake Decorating class, offered through Northwest Mississippi Community College's Division of Continuing Education, is scheduled for Feb. 19-April 1, according to Coordinator Patricia Lowder.

Kim Steinman will teach the class on Thursdays from 6 to 8 p.m., in the Board Dining Room of the McLendon Student Union on the Senatobia campus.

This beginning class will teach participants the basics of cake decorating including making the perfect icing, choosing the right recipe, icing a cake and mastering the basics of flower designs. A supply list will be given at the first class meeting.

The fee for the class is $30 plus supplies. Due to limited enrollment, early registration is advised. For more information or to pre-register, contact Lowder at (662) 562-3349.
