Randolph to be named to Hall of Fame

U.S. Secret Service Presents Threat Assessment Seminar

A seminar of threat assessment in schools will be presented by Northwest Mississippi Community College in partnership with the U.S. Secret Service Memphis Field Office, the Secret Service National Threat Assessment Center (NTAC) and the Southaven Police Department. The one-day seminar will be held Wednesday, June 1, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the First Baptist Church in Southaven.  (full story)

Symphonic Band to hold second spring concert

Harry Adair to be inducted into NWCC Sports Hall of Fame

Mississippi coaching legend Harry Adair of Ingomar will be inducted into the Northwest Mississippi Community College Sports Hall of Fame at the banquet set for Tuesday, May 26 at 6:30 p.m. in the David M. Haraway Center on the Senatobia campus. (full story)
Northwest Mississippi Community College English instructor Dr. Rob Bunce will be the speaker for the April 20 session of Lunch and Learn which is offered through the Lifelong Learning program. "A Man and His Bike" will be Bunce's topic. The meeting will be held at noon in the McLendon Student Union on the Senatobia campus. To make a reservation, call (662) 560-1103. The cost is $5. Lifelong Learning programs are open to adults 50 years of age and older.

College rodeo to be held at Northwest farm

Top-notch college rodeo action will come to Senatobia for three nights April 28-30 when Northwest Mississippi Community College hosts the Ozark Region rodeo at the college farm. Performances are at 7:30 p.m. nightly. (full story)
