What is Phi Theta Kappa?
Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) is an international honor society for two-year colleges. It recognizes the academic achievement of college students and provides opportunities for its members to grow as scholars and leaders. Alpha Gamma Chi, Beta Eta Theta, and Theta Sigma are the chapters at Northwest. PTK members are eligible for scholarships at universities across the nation.

We don’t just recognize students’ academic success; we give them opportunities to develop professional and leadership skills, earn scholarships, explore career paths — and make their worlds a lot bigger.
