DeSoto center 40th Anniversary Celebration.
We are offering our valued former students an opportunity to join the Northwest Alumni Association for FREE if you respond by April 30, 2015. With your membership, you will receive free admission to on-campus athletic and fine arts events for one year.
Once you contact us, you will receive an invitation to the DeSoto Center’s 40th anniversary celebration on May 5, 2015 at 4-6 p.m.,complete with a free fish fry, the opportunity to visit with your former instructors and entertainment by Northwest Fine Arts musicians.
Tell us what you’ve been up to since your time with us, and let us know if you plan to attend the event. Your success story might even be featured in the next Alumni Magazine, Northwest Now!

Being a member of the Northwest Alumni Association means more than paying dues or attending meetings. It means getting involved, helping students get an education, keeping in touch with friends, and providing high school seniors information for college.
As a member, you will have opportunities to provide direct input into what’s happening at Northwest. You will be invited to participate in activities in your own community, give assistance with special events on and off campus, and provide leadership on the alumni board.
You are a vital part of this college, and we want to invite you to become an active member of the Alumni Association. An alumni association is important. You can make a difference! You can get involved! The Alumni Association supports all current as well as former students. Will you support your alma mater and become an active member of the Alumni Association?

The alumni association has a representative in each of the eleven counties in the Northwest Mississippi Community College district. The county representative is available to help friends and neighbors in their community. If you have questions, concerns, or need information contact the representative in your area.
As a member of the alumni association, you will get the chance to:
- participate in alumni activities in your community
- aid Northwest by encouraging others to attend
- provide support for students in your community
Want to help students in your own community? You may by:
- providing assistance with alumni sponsored activities in your county
- being a county representative on the alumni board
