It’s easy to forget a password for you student webmail or login.

Note – the logon for your myNWCC account is NOT the same as your login for webmail and H-drive.
Getting Username/Password Information
You will need to come to one of our campuses in person with your student ID (or picture driver’s license) in order to get your information. Based on the location you will be coming to, follow the directions below:
- Senatobia – Between 8:00 – 4:30 – Come to the McClendon Center (Union Building), room 210 and see Denise Vannucci or Brian Hale at the Helpdesk. After 4:30, go to the Physical Science building and see the Evening School Director. This person will take your information and get a number where Helpdesk personnel can reach you the following day.
- Desoto – See Ms. Sis Davis or Mrs. Pearl McGlothian in the Information Center or see one of the employees in the Library. Once your identity has been verified, a call will be placed to the Helpdesk and your information will be given to you. After 4:30 see the Evening School Director, Joshua Filtz, and he will take your information and a number where you can be reached the following day and the Helpdesk personnel will call you with that information.
- Oxford – Go to the Campus Police Office or see one of the employees in the library. Once your identity has been verified, a call will be placed to the Helpdesk and your information will be given to you. After 4:30, your information will be taken as well as a number where you can be reached and Helpdesk personnel will call you the following day.
- Olive Branch and Benton – Your instructor will verify your identity (using student ID or picture driver’s license) and call the Helpdesk and then your password information will be given to you.
NOTE: YOU CANNOT CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD.
