Housing is available to in-state students with exceptions made for scholarship athletes and special programs only. All facilities are Tobacco Free. A mandatory meal plan is required of each resident student. All costs are per semester. Fees are current at the time of posting and are subject to change.

Apartments require a $100 deposit. Residence halls require a $50 deposit. Make your check or money order payable to Northwest Mississippi Community College.
Current residents are given first priority. New and returning students are then assigned based on participation in college athletic teams/organizations, in-district residency, special needs, deposit amount, and date of deposit.

The safety and security of students, faculty, and staff is very important to Northwest Mississippi Community College. A copy of the Annual Security Report, published annually by the Campus Police Department, details Northwest policies and procedures regarding campus safety.
