The college has five locations:
- A – Senatobia (main campus)
- B – DeSoto Center (Southaven)
- C – Olive Branch Center
- D – Benton Marshall campus (Ashland)
- E – Lafayette Yallobusha Technical Center (Oxford)
The 190 acre Senatobia campus, is distinguished by its historic James P. McCormick Administration Building, a designated Mississippi landmark. Comprised of 55 buildings totaling over a million square feet, including housing for just over 1000 students, the main campus is a hub of cultural and extracurricular activities as well as athletic events for students and the community. Students have access to over 100 academic pathways, career and technical programs, as well as workforce training. College staff are dedicated to offer full student and administrative services. Also, established near the Senatobia Campus is the college’s 390 acre farm, serving a variety of community and student events.

The DeSoto Center, financed through the efforts of the taxpayers of DeSoto County, is a 155,000 square-foot structure on a 52-acre site just off Church Road in Southaven. This site, donated by the W. E. Ross family, offers the college opportunities to expand as DeSoto county continues to grow. Students can pursue a wide variety of academic pathways or career/technical programs of study. Classes are offered throughout the day and evening hours. The center offers services such as counseling and advising, financial aid, eLearning support, tutoring and a full-service library in addition to a number of clubs and organizations and fun campus events where commuter students can get involved.
Northwest students have the benefit of the 2+2 Program at the Southaven location. The associate degree is offered by Northwest, and the bachelor’s degree is offered by Ole Miss in a variety of programs.
Lafayette-Yalobusha Technical Center – Oxford

The Lafayette-Yalobusha Technical Center in Oxford sits on approximately 18 acres of land, totaling 69,000 square feet. Students in Oxford can choose from a number of academic pathways as well as Career and Technical programs including Business Office Technologies, Paralegal Technology, Surgical Technology, Cosmetology, Health Care Assistant, and Practical Nursing. Classes are offered throughout the day and evening hours. Those attending the Oxford campus have access to smart classrooms, computer labs, state of the art science labs, a full service bookstore, learning resources center, a workforce development center, as well as student and administrative services.
Olive Branch-Desoto Center

Northwest Mississippi Community College Desoto Center also supports a career technical off-campus site in Olive Branch. This location offers both classroom and lab experience in Aviation Maintenance Technology and a Commercial Truck Driving programs. The Aviation Maintenance Technology program is one of only two in the state of Mississippi. Students attending these programs register through the Desoto Center-Southaven location.
Benton Marshall Center

This location in Ashland was established in 1980 to service the needs in the Benton Marshall county area. Students have access to career technical degree programs in Cosmetology and Practical Nursing. Students attending this location register through the main Senatobia campus. Program specific applications and inquiries should be made through the Benton County Career Technical Center.
