Benton is a 2-story female apartment-style residence hall, located at the front of the campus. 78 students are in apartments for 2, 4 and 6 students. In addition to one, two, or three bedrooms.  Each unit consists of one bathroom, a kitchenette, and a living room.

Bobo Hall is a two-story residence hall with accommodations for 68 female students.

All rooms are two bedroom suites separated by a spacious bathroom.

Panola hall is a two-story female residence hall with accommodations for 84 students. It is a suite-style facility. Each suite contains 3 bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with two showers and three sinks. Each suite has its own exterior door.

  • EXTRA large bathroom

Gainey is a 2-story residence hall with accommodations for 86 male students. Most of the football and basketball teams are housed in this residence hall. All rooms are two bedroom suites separated by a spacious bathroom. Student athletes enjoy the benefits of Gainey’s close proximity to classes and the camaraderie living with their teammates.

Tallahatchie Hall is a 2–story apartment-style residence hall at the far end of campus. 96 male students are housed in apartments of 2, 4, or 6 students. In addition to one, two or three bedrooms, each apartment consists of one bath, a kitchenette, and a living room.

Quitman is a 3 story, traditional style, residence hall with space for 258 male students. Each floor is served by two common baths. Most rooms are configured for 2 students, but 3 man and 4 man rooms are available. The hall provides easy access to many classrooms on campus. This is our least expensive male residence hall on campus, but it is our best value because students still receive many of the same amenities and security features found in our more expensive facilities.

DeSoto Hall is an apartment-style co-ed facility with males and females housed in separate buildings around a central courtyard. 59 students are housed in this facility making it the smallest of our halls. Each apartment consists of two bedrooms, a kitchenette, one bathroom, and a living area. There are two styles of rooms – the Deluxe and the Standard. Deluxe apartments are larger with the addition of a half-bath and a separate laundry and study room.

Marshall Hall was built in 2003 and is the newest hall on campus. It is an apartment style facility comprised of four separate buildings (1 for males and 3 for females). It currently houses 160 students. The room configuration is a 2 bedroom apartment with a living room, kitchenette, and bath. 4 students are assigned to each apartment.
