Tamika Foust – Residence Life Coordinator
I am a Chicago Native but moved South 2 years ago with my family, and it is probably one of the best decisions I’ve made. My professional background is diverse having worked on the City of Chicago City Council for 7 years, the Chicago Park District for 3 years, Hospice for 1 ½ years but I found my passion when I took on the role of Career and Employment Services Manager for a nonprofit called Alternatives Inc where I supervised, trained and placed youth ages 14 to 24 in various job opportunities. I absolutely love training and development…pouring into others is one of the best experiences ever! My educational background: Bachelor of Liberal Arts and Sciences from University of IL @ Urbana-Champaign, Masters of Human Resource Management and Masters of Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management. Proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc, Tau Psi Zeta Chapter (Alsip, IL) Charter Member. Great accomplishments my son, Jayden, and my daughter, Jade.

Hi and welcome to Marshall Hall. My name is Ms. Becky, but most students call me Mama B. I have been a supervisor here at Northwest since 1999 and have been at Marshall since it was opened in 2003. I enjoy being a hall supervisor because I enjoy being in the middle of students. I want them to feel comfortable to drop in and visit. It is important to me that they feel there is someone on campus that cares about them while they are away from home. I truly become their “mom” while they are on campus. We like to have fun here at Marshall and I look forward to meeting you when you come to Northwest. Mama B
