The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee - October 18-22

The Northwest Fine Arts Division will present its fall theatre production, the musical comedy The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Wednesday Oct. 18, Friday, Oct. 20 and Saturday, Oct. 21 at 7 p.m. and Sunday, Oct. 22 at 2 p.m. in the Fine Arts Auditorium on the Senatobia campus. Admission is $5 for the public and free for students with a valid student ID.

“The Extraordinary Art of Life” theme of Northwest’s September art exhibit

The theme for Northwest Mississippi Community College’s first fall art exhibition is “The Extraordinary Art of Life” and will feature the works of artists from the DeSoto Arts Council.The opening reception will be held on Thursday, Sept. 7 from 5-7 p.m., and the exhibition will run from Sept. 4 – 22 in the Northwest Art Gallery on the Senatobia campus.
