Welcome from the Director
The Northwest residence hall system offers some of the finest physical facilities of any community college in Mississippi and is the third largest among these systems with approximately 1063 beds available. Our residence halls offer a variety of housing options:

• Traditional-style residence halls (double, triple, and quad occupancy)
• Suite-style residence halls
• Apartment-style (1, 2, and 3 bedroom)

Northwest has modernized the residence halls where every room has internet access and cable TV with a dedicated campus channel. In addition, the security features of our residence halls are constantly being upgraded with many having electronic card access and all halls equipped with video surveillance in place by summer 2008.

Living on a college campus is a great experience. Students enjoy the close proximity of campus social and athletic events as well as the convenience to classrooms. The halls also provide an enriching social experience as residents develop friendships that will last a lifetime.
