Northwest Entertainers to present “Bright Lights, Bigger City”

    The Northwest Mississippi Community College Entertainers will present “Bright Lights, Bigger City” on Thursday, May 2 at 7 p.m. in the Fine Arts Auditorium on the Senatobia campus.

    The evening will feature ballads, standards and popular songs from today and the past few decades. The show will kick off with “Bright Lights, Bigger City,” from the popular movie “Pitch Perfect.” Other selections include “Walking in Memphis,” “I Left My Heart in San Francisco,” “Some Nights,” “Girl on Fire,” “Empire State of Mind,” “New York, New York,” and “Dancing in the Street.”

    The group is under the direction of Dr. Saundra Bishop. Aime Anderson is the choreographer for the group.
