Pearman earns Klein Tools Top Apprentice Award

Northwest Mississippi Community College Heating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (HVAC) Technology student, Brandon Pearman of Hernando, was awarded the Klein Tools Top Apprentice Award on April 17. The award includes a certificate and a Klein 14-piece American made tool kit.

“Brandon is a model student who exemplifies a willingness and eagerness to learn,” said Whit Perry, HVAC instructor. “He has shown a great deal of improvement this year, and I am excited to see him near his completion of the program so he can continue in the field and begin his career. I know he will go far in this industry.”

Klein Tools awards a Top Apprentice award to a student each semester at Northwest. The partnership is a result of the PAHRA accreditation the program received in 2007. Northwest is the only school in the state with this accreditation.
